At Dawn / Dusk, we’re committed to delivering your order with care and reliability. Please review our shipping and delivery guidelines below for details on processing and arrival times.
📦 ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Once your order is received, our team will begin preparing it within 3–7 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.
We partner with trusted carriers—including FedEx, UPS, USPS for U.S. orders and DHL or USPS International for international deliveries—to make sure your purchases arrive safe and sound.
Please note:

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.

No shipping or processing occurs on weekends or federal holidays, except during special promotional events.
🚚 U.S. SHIPPING

Standard Shipping: Usually arrives within 15–25 business days after processing.

Express Shipping: Usually arrives within 3–9 business days after processing.
When your package ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email or text with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system. Deliveries typically arrive Monday through Saturday, depending on your location.
🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping times and costs vary depending on your country and local carrier. Exact shipping fees are shown at checkout.
Customs and Duties:
You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by your destination country. Dawn / Dusk is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.
If your order is refused or denied entry by customs, you may request a return shipment to us. Once we receive the returned items, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
📍 LOCAL PICKUP
When your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive a notification by email or text.
Pickup hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM EST.
Please bring a valid ID that matches the name on your order, along with your order confirmation number.
⚡ EXPEDITED PROCESSING
Need your order extra fast? For an additional fee, we offer Expedited Processing, where your order is verified, packed, and shipped within 24 hours of payment—if placed before 1:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday).
✏️ CHANGING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us right away at hi@dawnordusk.com
Address changes can only be made if your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet.
If it’s already on its way, please contact the carrier directly for rerouting options.
❌ ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because our team works quickly, orders cannot be canceled once they’ve been placed. Please double-check your cart before submitting your order.
