🌙 Our Refund Commitment

Returns & Refunds

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Here’s how our refund process works:

  • 30-Day Refund Window
    You may request a refund within 30 days of placing your order, as long as your item hasn’t been shipped yet. Once your order has been dispatched, it’s already on its way and can no longer be canceled or recalled.
  • Contact Us
    To request a refund or ask about your order, email our support team at hi@dawnordusk.com We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible to make things right.

🕯️ Non-Refundable Items

Although we aim to accommodate our customers whenever possible, the following items and charges are non-refundable:

  • Final Sale Items – Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Shipping Fees – Delivery costs are non-refundable.
  • Expired Orders – If tracking information is more than 3 months old, reshipment and refunds will no longer be available.

🌾 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that’s defective or not what you ordered:

  1. Email us at hi@dawnordusk.com with your name, order number, product name/code, and clear photos showing the issue.
  2. Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

📨 Lost Orders

If your order appears to be delayed or missing in transit, please contact us at: hi@dawnordusk.com

We’ll work with the carrier to track it down and send a replacement if necessary.


🌸 Subscription Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime by emailing hi@dawnordusk.com or calling +1 844 561 1380.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable and non-transferable after two (2) months.
  • Cancellations made within the first two months may be reviewed for partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.
  • No refunds are issued for subscriptions older than two months.
  • Upon cancellation, your access to Dawn / Dusk Club and its benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
